Rental terms
The simple rules of your rental with Raphy Mobility.
- 1Driver
- Over 21, with at least 3 years of driving licence.
- 2Documents
- After booking, send your driving licence and your ID (ID card or passport) by WhatsApp or email.
- 3Duration
- Minimum rental of 3 days. Each started 24-hour period counts as one day.
- 4Deposit
- 20% of the total, paid to the agency via WhatsApp, by bank transfer or in cash. It reserves the car and confirms the booking. It is non-refundable if you cancel.
- 5Balance
- The remaining 80% is paid on arrival, when you get the car, in cash or by bank transfer.
- 6Security deposit
- €500 (5,000 DH), taken on arrival in cash and given back when the car is returned without incident.
- 7Fuel
- The car is returned with the same fuel level as at pick-up.
- 8Late return
- Any late return is charged as one extra day.
- 9Delivery
- The car is delivered by one of our drivers. Free delivery and collection at Tangier, Tetouan and Rabat airports, at any time.
- 10Baby seat
- On request, free of charge.
