When am I charged?
The 20% deposit, after your request: we arrange it with you on WhatsApp, by bank transfer or in cash. The rest is paid at key handover, in cash or by bank transfer.
What happens after payment?
You receive a confirmation email. Then send your driving licence and ID by WhatsApp.
How does delivery work?
One of our drivers waits for you with the car at the chosen airport, at your flight time. Free of charge.
What about the security deposit?
€500 (5,000 DH) at handover, in cash, returned when you bring the car back without incident.
Which documents do I need?
Your driving licence (held for at least 3 years) and your ID card or passport, as photos, by WhatsApp or email after booking. Drivers must be 21 or over.
Can I cancel?
The 20% deposit is non-refundable. To change your dates, write to us on WhatsApp.
Do you deliver to other cities?
In summer, yes: Fez, Marrakech and Casablanca, for rentals of one week or more. Write to us on WhatsApp.
