Payment
The deposit is paid directly to the agency, by bank transfer or in cash, after arranging it on WhatsApp. No payment is made on this website and no card data is stored on it.
Refund policy
The 20% deposit is non-refundable if the customer cancels. If the agency cannot provide the booked car, the deposit is refunded in full. The 80% balance is only paid when the car is handed over, in cash or by bank transfer.
Personal data
Booking information (name, phone, email, dates) is only used to manage your rental. It is never sold or shared, except with the payment provider to collect the deposit. You can ask for it to be deleted by email.
